Why now?

I have wanted to start a blog since I started the mastery program…

I wanted to document my journey so I could look back and see the progression, and share what I have learned with you all. I have always had a love for storytelling, and writing, and would hope to one day use this blog as a way to share my story.

But I also wanted a way to inspire and empower others to do ‘the thing’, even if they are scared shitless.

I never followed up on this thought though, because hell, why would anyone care what I have to say? And I’m not good at writing…

As time has passed, I have realised that it doesn’t even matter if I only ever inspire one person. If I can empower just one person, to be brave, strong and fearless in the pursuit of what they love, and inspire some self-belief, then I have achieved my goal.

So I’m determined to start this process.

As of Monday, I will be sharing a weekly blog.

Introducing, ‘Mastery Mondays’ ✨

This blog is for anyone interested in my story, the Milan Art Institute’s mastery program, and anyone who wants to follow my journey in figuring out what I enjoy as an artist.

Only subscribers will have access to this content as it goes live - anyone who signs up to Mastery Mondays will receive the blog directly to your inbox, every Monday.

I will be reflecting on each week of the Mastery program with the Milan Art Institute, sharing what I’ve learned, created and giving any of you fellow artists an insight into how this course has changed my life.

I will do this by sharing my story, my life as an artist and what I have learned through the program so far.

Each week thereafter, the posts will be here on my website’s blog to read to your heart’s content.

My first post will focus on why I started on this path in the first place.

So here it goes 🖤

Quitting my job last year was very intimidating...

But I had to do it…

I can’t wait to share this with you all ❤️‍🔥
